Can Hurting The Ear While Cleaning Heal By Itself?

Male
Height: 5'10
Weight: 180
Clean medical history

I was cleaning out my ear a couple days ago and I believe I might have hurt my ear in the process. It is a bit sensitive and hearing is somewhat fuzzy. Please advise if I should go to a doctor or if ear will heal on its own. Thank you

Hello,

You may be traumatized your ear canal or tympanic membrane. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is.

Avoid entering of water into the ear canal, avoid inserting an object's into the ear. Please consult your ENT specialist so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
