Dear sir i can understand your concern in my opinion the creatine will increase due to reduced function of kidneys. this might be due to diabetic nephropathy in long term diabetes i am afraid to say that there is no natural ways like eating green veggies and herbal preparations to decrease creatinine. the best way is to keep good kidney function is to have good diabetes control, stop intake of salt, use leached green leaf veggies take protein 0.8grams/kg body weight/day i suggest you to meet dietitian for proper advise. Hope I was able to help you. If you have any further question feel free to write me back. I will be happy to help. Take care. Best Regards. Dr Vamsi Krishna Consultant Diabetologist Apollo Hospitals
