General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms are consistent with incisional hernia. If the bowel loops are trapped or clumped in the hernia, you might experience pain.

Consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound for further assessment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
