Can Heart Medications Affect Alzheimer Patients?
My mother is 98 years old,weight 40kg, suffering from alzaimers since last 4 years and she is heart patient since last 20 years.Suddenly,she had irregular heartbeats .My doctor gave her cordarone x 200mg ,Lanoxin .25mg,Ivabrad 5.Heartbeat is becoming regular but her eyes are closed for last two days,she is unconsious ,unable to take liquid orally,can not speak.Is there any side effect

I think she needs to be taken to the hospital because if she is drowsy, there are chances of aspiration which can be fatal. Please take her to the hospital immediately.
