Can Growth Of Fetus Happen Without Heartbeat?
hi i went for a fetal external heartbeat yesterday and i measured six weeks and six days, but the week before i was measuring 5 weeks 4 days. at my u/s yesterday they didnt see a heartbeat. so is it possible that a fetus will still grow without a heartbeat?

At 7 weeks ideally there should be a heart beat which if is absent it is unlikely to have a viable pregnancy.
in my opinion repeat a transvaginal ultrasound after 1 week and see for results.
