Can Glucose In Urine Be Treated With Diet And Exercise?

Having GLYCOSYLATED HEMOGLOBIN (HBA1C) 13.2, MEAN PLASMA GLUCOSE 332.1 and TSH 6.93 Male, 31 years... also, URINALYSIS shows GLUCOSE POSITIVE...no other symptoms/health issues, just got these results in a overall general health check up. Whats the risk, can we manage this with medicines and diet and excercise or is it a too worse condition..please explain

Hello,
Your blood sugar levels are very high but Thete is nothing to get despair about it as proper diet control,regular exercises and regular anti diabetic medications shall completely normalise your blood sugar levels.
Failure to normalise your blood sugar levels would result in various types of micro as well as macrovascular comlications resulting in damage to kidneys,heart,eyes,nerves etc.
Once they get damaged,then it would be nearly impossible to cure them
