Can Elevated Levels Of Lipase Indicate The Problem With Gall Bladder?

I have been diagnosed with a gallstone. I was sent home with a copy of my labs to take to the surgery consult. My Lipase was elevated, Alk Phos was low and glucose was borderline high even tho I had not eaten in about 10 hours. Are these things related to the gall bladder problem?
