Can Ear Pain, Stomach Pain, Chest Pain Be Symptoms Of Heart Attack, Dehydration?

Hi my partner had bad stomach pains that went up both arms nd down both legs and couldn t stand up properly, and said his neck was a little sore and he felt sick. they have gone now that was about an hour ago he is now quiet thirsty and tied and has a temp of 38.1. A few weeks ago he did have some chest pain and our dr put him on an ecg machine but that showed nothing. His is currently fighting a bad ear infection. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,
I guess he is getting treatment for ear infection.
Discomfort in stomach/chest,arms,and neck(especially if they come as short episodes) can not be attributed to dehydration. We have to rule out cardiac pain, especially if he is having diabetes/hypertension/hyper lipidemia.
If I was your treating doctor,I will go for a repeat ECG,and exercise testing depending on that.
You can discuss this with your treating doctor.Wishing him good health.
Thank you.
