Can Constant Feeling Of Smell Of Cigarette Be Related To Depression?

I am experiencing the sensation of smelling cigarette smoke constantly without the presence of cigarettes. I am not a smoker. I have been treated for situational depression in the past two years with Wellbutrin and I have heard that this is sometimes a sign of depression. Could this be the cause of my sensations?

your problem is dysosmia. Mainly it happens due to nasal problem and some brain dysfunction but sometime it could happen in psychological condition like depression. in your case it could be the reason but before than rule out other causes by taking ENT consultation.
