Can Cloba Cause Finger Twitching And Tongue Weakness?

My son suffered brain stroke in left side of brain in Nov 2009. MRI revealed Moya Moya. Successful surgery was done in Japan in March 2009. Moya moya was arrested. Valporate was started post operation and stopped in Feb 2011. In Sep 2011, he developed hemiballismus in left hand, it stopped in 5 days. Local attending neurologist prescribed cloba 7.5mg as a precaution. Our son has developed more symptoms of tiredness, temporary weaknes in tongue, finger twitching and mentions heart beat miss. Is this related with cloba drug?
