Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Bilirubin of 46 is unbelievable as you can not read and right and the patient is usually comatosed. This may be 4.6.
Anyways stress can not raise the bilirubin level so much.
Also important is the readings of other liver functions like SGOT, SGPT,
Alkaline Phosphatase, GGT , serum protein and prothrombine time to comment on this.
Also needed is
ultrasonography of the abdomen particularly for
hepatobiliary system and also MRCP if there is chance of surgical jaundice.
You also need a clinical evaluation by a Doctor, preferably a
General Surgeon.
The treatment will be as per the clinical findings and lab reports and other investigations.
Till then take boiled and cooled water as well as homemade food only.
Take strict bed rest.
You may also need medications for the stress that you have if not controlled by the routines.
