Can Change In Medication Cause Severe Burning Sensation In The Body Which Is Continuous?

Hello My name is Danielle and I am on a few different medications (Zoloft 100mg [sertraline], Welbutrin, 150 mg twice a day and Zarah[Previously known as Yasmin]). The first time I took Zoloft was on November 21, 2013. I experienced EXCRUCIATING pain on the right side of my upper body. I thought it was severe heartburn (but now know it s in the area of my right lung) and was prescribed Tecta (40 mg) for the burning. It helped for a long while. Then, on January 3, 2014 I had it again. What is it? Should I go back to my Doctor? Also I a 22 on January 15. THE EXACT SYMPTOMS: -Burning pain in right lung -Pain along back of right shoulder -Pain down right arm -Tingling fingertips on right hand This has only happened twice and about month apart. Should I be worried?

Dear User,
Thanks for using health care magic.
The symptoms described by you indicates toward heartburn only. Zoloft is known to cause these symptoms. The second episode is not properly explainable with zoloft but it is quite possible.
You are advised to discuss about Tecta 40 mg for regular use when you visit your doctor next time.

'Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help".
Thanks
