Can Body Ache And Weight Gain Be Caused By Sleep Apnea?

My husband was just diagnosed with low t & is going thru tests for sleep apnea. Formonths he has complained of body aches, low energy, weight gain, etc...recently the aches have gotten a lot worse & he is running a low grade temp. Can all of this be caused by low t and or sleep apnea? He is 35, 5' 10" & weighs 240 now. He has lost about 8 lbs recently from nnot feeling well. He gets HA's a lot & jokes about a brain tumor but will not talk with his MD about it...please help.
