Can Blood Pressure Medications Cause Dizziness?
I am 62 went to get blood pressure medicine the Dr. change it from lisinopril to lisinopril with a diurertic and since I start taking it I have been real dizzy off balance and having body and left eye twitches. My Body burns at night and I can hardly sleep. I stop taking the pressure med and a little better

This is pretty common. While it could be a coincedence and an ear infectino or other disorder could be there independent of the medication, it is more likley due to actions of the medicines:
low blood pressure can make one dizzy. It is like one is about to black out. There are often visual changes.
But that isn't what you have.
