Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the CT scan is as follows:
The CT scan views the bilateral maxillary sinuses. Maxillary sinuses are air filled spaces below the cheeks.
The mucosal lining of the sinuses is thickened to form a polypoidal lesion.
Such thickening is seen in chronic inflammation of the mucosa.
Along with thickening of the maxillary mucosa, there is deviation of the nasal septum.
Due to the deviation, there is thickening of the mucosa of the septum.
There is a bony lesion in the clivus of the sphenoid bone. this bone is present in the roof of the nasal cavity however, it appears to be benign on CT scan.

The deviated nasal septum needs to be surgically corrected since, it is responsible for the inflammation of the nasal mucosa and the maxillary antral mucosa.

Thanks and take care
