Urologist 's  Response
hi, I dont know since how long you have been trying for a baby. Your semen analysis shows good sperm count and motility, increased pus cells, suggestive of urinary infection (usually prostate infection). A course of antibiotics for 3-4 weeks should solve this. Consult a urologist or andrologist for the same. Good luck.
