Can Anxiety Cause Pain In Ears And Eyes?

i've been having a dull pain in on the lower left side of my head that sometimes shoots up to above my ear and sometimes up to the top of my head. I have also had eye twitches in my left eye all for about 3 months. My doctor seems to think it might be anxiety but i think my anxiety is that i think there might be something else wrong.

In my opinion, it is not likely to be just anxiety. However, don't worry. It doesn't seem something for which you rush to the emergency department of a hospital.
This kind of pain along with twitches in the eye on the same side may be a neuralgic pain.
You should see a neurologist. An internist too will be able to evaluate you, diagnose and suggest treatment.
I hope this answers your question.
