Can Abdominal Work Outs Causes Any Problem In Conception?

hi,
i am 33 yr old women weight is 75 kg height is 5.2. i am planning for my second baby.on doctors advice i am taking dimet-850 from last 4 months, but unable to get pregnant. now i am planning to reduce weight. will abdominal work out will affect my conception. plz advice me what should i do.

Dear , For you info , work outs don't cause any problem in conception ,On the contrary , if followed regularly , it helps to be stronger for the coming event ,
yes ,your weight is too high , needs shedding 12-15 kg by regular work outs , brisk walk and yoga - suryanamaskar bhujangasan ,halasan dhanurasan , kapalbhati will help . Proper diet control including all essential nutrients , proper hyderation and rest and avoidingAvoid fried fast foods too much of sugar, tea, coffee ,alcohol , smoking ,stress ,constipation .

But care has to be taken that you should not do any vigorous exercises after conception ,resist only to regular walk , some yoga postures deep breathing & meditation .
Rest check with your gyne for further course of action .
