Can Abdominal Pain And Missed Period Be Pregnancy Symptoms?

Hello,I ve been having pregnancy like symptoms for around a month now with negative urine and blood pregnancy tests. I was wondering if you knew what else this could be as I am very confused about what is going. Symptoms include; Missed period, feeling sick, headache, light headed, tummy pain on right side, lower back pain, achy legs, tired and breathless. Thanks for reading. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello.. if your urine pregnancy test is negative, then pregnancy is highly unlikely and you shouldn't consider it..you should get a S.TSH and S.prolactin done..take tab meprate 10 mg twice a day for 7 days and wait for withdrawal bleed for next week
