Any break in the skin can be dangerous to transmit HIV, even if not bleeding. It is better you get the wound dressed to prevent infection. Eat plenty if fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Avoid contact with any infectious regions.

abrasion can transmit infectious disease if oozing is there

breaking of the barrier of the skin lead to susceptible for the any foreign organism.

apply antibiotic cream over it .
