Can A Home Pregnancy Test Be False?

Hello,
I took 2 Pregnancy tests and came out with positive. Before then, I had taken postinor 2 tablets within 2 hours of unprotected sex. I also took primolut n several times and still nothing. Could I have had a false positive result ori am actually pregnant?

Yes, chances of false positive is there but if it is done with standard kit and procedure is accurate chances of false positive are less.
You can consult a gynaecologist and get your blood test and ultrasonography test done to rule out pregnancy.
