Can A Doctor Suggest A Test From The Results Of An Ultrasound?

My friend went to the hopital because she was experiencing abdoman pain. They said she has Fibroid tumors the doctors said they would like to do a STD test on her for Ghonneria and Clydmidia what do you think they see from her vaginal ultrasound to suggest a test like that?

Fibroid tumors are essentially benign tumors in the uterus. If single an small in size then there is no need to worry. If fibroids are multiple or large in size, it can cause menstrual disturbances and if the lady has complete her family, surgery may be advised.
