Can A Diprospan Injection Prevent Early Childbirth?

Dear doctor, I am 30wks pregnancy. I gave birth 2 sons when I was 26wks. I have just been examined and advised to get Diprospan injection to prevent early giving birth. Could you help to let me know if it is correct to use that kind of injection. Does this injection give me and my baby any side effect?

Diprospan contains steroids.
It does not prevent preterm birth.
It just enhances lung maturity of the baby if born preterm.
The benefits far outweight the risks if you are at risk of preterm labour.
