Can a bug cause diarrhea, stomach uneasiness but no pain?
I have been experiencing bad diarrhea almost every night shortly after eating for about 10 days? Could this be a bug? Seems off for that. My stomachs has been uneasy off and on as well. Not hurting but just feeling lousy off and on.

Yes that can be due to bowel infection. Take a course of antibiotic like metronidazole and a preprobiotic to restore the healthy gut flora, and you should be fine.
