Hi
Because I had needed to urinate up to a dozen times during the night. my urologist prescribed Pamsvax XL 400mg to be taken with the evening meal. There has been an immediate and considerable improvement reducing frequency to two to four times a night. However, would it not be more logical to take the medicine with breakfast? I am 87 years of age, 5ft 8", 11stone and take warfarin because of atrial fibrillation.
