Melacare forte cream is a known lightening agent. It is one of the triple combinations that is widely used by dermatologists all over. It is a good and effective agent if used under medical supervision. Using such combinations as OVER THE COUNTER DRUGS is not really recommended. Yes, there is no doubt that it does improve the skin tone when used. It is used by dermatologists for various hyperpigmented skin conditions. But i would recommend you not to use it without prior assessment and recommendation by a skin specialist. One of the known problems with such medications is that it can cause hyperpigmentation , if not used properly and as advised by a dermatologist. Such medications have to be used only for a limited period of time. Excessive use can cause problems. Also these are to used only at night time.

So, young man you want to use Melacare Forte. OK I got it, you might have been suggested by some of your friend/ known person. The answer to this is in your question itself.

Melacare Forte contains three Chemical agents in it which are used by us (Dermatologists) in various hyper-pigmentation conditions of skin. Its a good cream if used properly but using this/ any other cream without proper guidance would be like using a good gadget without its knowledge. So, the cream if used over and excess can harm you in multiple ways.
To get a fairer complexion eat a lot of fruits in your diet containing carotenoids or vitamin A and C in it (all yellow and orange fruits will do). Don't expose yourself to too much of direct sun light
