Can I Take Medicine For Headaches, Dry Cough And Sore Throat During Pregnancy?

Hi Doc. I am 38 weeks pregnant and my EDD is on 12th October 2012. Now I am having a sore throat, runny nose dry cough and a very bad headache. My legs also feels achy. Are these signs of labour or what should I take for the headache. My blood pressure as on 3rd October was 120/60. I am 36 years old. Weight is 72kg.
