Butt Ring Painful And Dry, Bleeding. How To Get Rid Of It ?
Hi good morning Dr.
Dr. i have problem in my butt (ring), I was think just pain and dry…. that’s way I having pain and burning my skin, but now these days to much pain and blooding since 3 days, after that no pain no burning my skin, every day I m using antiseptic cream inside , I check there 2 pimple in my ring (inside), before I was thinking just cut or something, I m using cream antiseptic as pharmacy they advice me, till now I m using, I stop eating just using yoghurt because its cold.. so please advise me what I do so I have peace after that. Really its so hard to support pain.

Hi, many thanks for the query!
You should get physically examined by your doctor for it.
Till then apply lignocaine jelly there before & after defaecation and
4 times in a day.
Take oral antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, pain killers, Vit. C prep., stool softners with your doctor's opinion.
Drink plenty of water.
Eat high fibre diet.
Sit in a tub containing leukwarm water so that anus is dipped in it,
4 times in a day.
Wish you a good health.

i understand your pain..problems in the butt region are very painful and disturbing..going through your history seems that you might be having anal fissure,fistula or haemaorrhoids for which antiseptic creams might not work,,
consult a surgeon ,get it examined (as these problems are not uncommon in hot climates,overwt,people sitting for long hrs,etc)
