Burning Sensation On Tongue, Metallic Taste In Mouth, Painful. Help

I have had a burning sensation on my tongue and metallic taste in my mouth for over three weeks. It came on after relations with my husband. Sometimes it becomes very painful and feels like it is in my throat and stomach . But I truly believe it is starting in my throat. I saw a doctor and received medication for a possible yeast infection in my mouth but it didnt help. And I dont believe it is acid reflux. Because the pain is in my mouth constantly.

Diagnosis of oral lesion requires good clinical examination. Try taking a second opinion from General Surgeon. Adequate and complete treatment of you and your partner is required so that re-infection does not occur.
