Burning Sensation On Right Side Of Neck, Unable To Move Head To The Right. History Of Migraines. Treatment?

Hi I have suffered for 20 yrs of migraines and neck pain . Three weeks ago I had a burning sensation on the back right side of my neck and hours after I couldnt move my head to the right after that it moving towards the other side and down to my shoulder . It been really painful and sleeping is really hard when wake up Im stiff as a board.
