General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Burning sensation just after sex , once or twice is common.
Occasionally blood spots are also normal after forceful sex.
Excruciating pain and more blood are cause of concern.
Consult a Gynaecologist and get in her opinion.
Ultrasound of genitals are very important.
Blood for urea, urine analysis is also very important.
Hope I have answered your question.
If further any question I will help.
Good luck.
