Bumps on the groin area, pus filled lymph node. STD or cancer?
There s a bump/bruistyping thing in the crease of my thighs and vagina when irritated or rubbed against it inflats or swells right now it s flat and feels like a limp node under the skin with a white puss spot on top it dosnt nesasaraly hurt unless I touch it I m just confused on what it could be? Should I be worried its an std or cancer?

I don't think its cancer.
Have you done shaving of hair around your private part, it could be injury during shaving with resulting infection if no.
Have you ever had un protected sex? If yes
You need to see doctor for blood tests, for STD, HIV etc
If no take some antibiotics and pain killers
