i have this bump on my arm and i m not really sure what it is. it s small and on my arm near my elbow . it has two small black dots in the center and there are little white bumps around it. could it be a spider bite or ringworm . right now, i just put neosporin on it and cover it with a band aid. i just want to know what it is and how to treat.

spider bite or insect bite usually have initial irritative symptoms like itching etc will be there. it is not ring worm
