Bump On Penis. Sebaceous Cyst Or Herpes?

i had a little bump with a small but growing black eaching dot on my penis outer skin, after few days that bump got open. no blood nothing. it also recoverd after few days with a white spot as scar left the spot. but i have another one now. i desperately need to know what it is? is it sebaceous cyst or it can be herpes? plz help

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Sebaceous Cysts over your Penis.
This area is rich in sebaceous glands and hence more prone to develop Sebaceous Cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.
Normally no treatment is required as they fade away themselves. However need to be treated if increase in size to give discomfort or get infected..
