Build Up Sensation, Dark Yellow Watery Stools, Cold, Mild Headache. Water Provides Relief. Advise?
I took a motorcycle trip from nj to vt, I didn't eat much the whole way and when got in a grab two slices of pizza, I've been waking up through out the night with what it feels like is build up has. It last for a few minutes and goes away which usually leads to going to the bathroom( very watery stool) the night before I got really cold even under blankets, I've also had a mild headache during the whole process. Water seems to help. The stool is dark yellow almost like stomach acid.
After reading your post, it seems that you are having gastroenteritis, an infection of the gastrointestinal tract.
You should take light meals. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Drink lots of pure water.
You can take antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice a day along with Metronidazole 400 mg thrice a day along with a probiotic and an antacid.
Oral Rehydration Fluid will be helpful in regaining lost electrolytes.
Also get yourself examined clinically.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
