Bug Bites On Labia Majora, Foot Injury, Red Spots, Burning Sensation During Urination. On Cortisone. Other Treatment?

I have about a dozen bug bites on my right labia majora. I've had these bites in the past but never in this area. I believe it's some kind of mite. They started out as a small red spot but quickly changed to a larger size, turning darker. Three of the bites are right on the edge and have intense burning. I wash after each time I urinate. Once the area is clean I've applied an antibiotic ointment and also used ice packs for some relief. I'm already on Bactrin and Cipro for a foot injury so don't think they are infected. I'm at a loss as to why the ointment isn't healing them. For two days I used a cortisone cream with no relief. Please tell me what else I can do to treat these bites.

Hi,
As you are on antibiotic and applying antibiotic cream, wait for 2-3 days to see the sign of improvement.
Take some antihistamine like Cetrizine or Benadryl for allergic rashes.
If there is no improvement then consult Gynaec and get examined for having any other problem.
Ok and take care.
