Bubbles In Abdomen, Fatigue, Nausea, Throwing Up, Sweating. Food Poisoning?

I have bubbles in my upper and lower abdomen, I am exhausted all day, I experience extreme nausea all throughout the day, some foods make me want to vomit. I had some frozen sausage I thawed out and cooked. I ate it with re fried beans kind of like a burrito and the next morning I threw it up, I break out into a small sweat every so often. Do I have food poisoning?

Hi, you have bubbles in your upper and lower abdomen. exhausted all day, nausea, especially to some foods.
It appears to be the intolarance to certain foods, or peptic ulcer, or hepatitis.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods. I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe a combination of omeprazole and domperodone.
Thank you.
