Bruise On Lower Back, Hurting. Cysts On Ovaries. Could It Be A Side Effect? What Could Have Caused This?

I have a strange non visible bruise on my lower back and it hurts both on the outside and the inside. there is now a small rash on the area. I also have cysts on my ovaries and wondering if this could be a side effect or what could have caused this, i havent bumped into anything to cause a bruise and my lower back is never exposed to anything to result in a rash of any kind.

i dear,
Bruse on the back and cysts in ovary are two unrelated things.
Sometimes we get hurt accidently, without getting noticed. The bruise may be the result of that. Rash developing on that may be due to rubbing against the clothes or some dermatitis esp. if itch
However, consult a skin specialist and get yourself examined
