hi,
bleeding during pregnancy is always serious issue. it is threatened abortion. get ultrasound abdomen and pelvis done. it is an emergency. if cervix inner part is also open, then it has to be aborted. if closed, hormonal therapy is given rest of the pregnancy.

so, meet your doctor urgently

wishing you happy pregnancy
