Brown Streaks From Penis When I Masturbate, Ejaculated Blood. What Is Going On?

When I have sex or masturbate (its more noticable when I masturbate) there are brown streaks in my semen. This has been going on for a number of months. About 6 months ago I was ejaculating blood. I did not go to the doctor as I figured I had burst a blood vessel. I laid off sex and masturbating for 2 weeks and no longer ejaculate blood but still have these brown streaks. Any advice apart from go to the GP as I dont really wnat to.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Hematospermia (Blood in Semen).
In majority of the cases this is due to severe infection either in Seminal Vesicle or Prostate.
Please get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Routine urine test and urine Culture.
2) Semen Analysis
3) Ultrasound scanning of the abdomen and scrotum. to rule out any pathology .

In the mean while start taking antibiotic like combination of Trimethoprim and Sulphamethoxole twice daily for 3 weeks.
Ensure to consume more water.
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical evaluation and further teratment.
