Breath stops when swallowing is done consciously. Reason?

when i think about swallowing action i start to do so i know it is normal but when i think of it i do it and i became aware of every act of swallow i had the same thing with my breath and i forced my self to ignore taking deep breath and it stopped but suddenly after this i got my concentration on the act of swallowing and how often i swallow so when i increase thinking i need to do it each minute should i force myself not to do it and is this OCD

1. could be sensorimotor OCD, check with your healthcare provider or Neurologist/Psychiatrist because otherwise what you are experiencing is perfectly physiological process.
