Body Odor And Vaginal Discharge After Childbirth, Cramps. Worried About STD

I had sex february 26th with my husband and I was pregnant at the time. Then had my baby april 16th. Since then I have a bad body odor and vaginal discharge with some odor. Two times in the last week my uterus area hurts or feels kind of crampy like menstral disccomfort but that is a week and a half after my regular menstrual cycle. I am worried because I found out that my husband was with other women before and after we last had sex. I'm worried if I was exposed to an STD but I do not currently have insurance so don't want to go in unless I really have to. Any advice would be amazing...
