Blotchy Spots On Neck, Turn Red Exposed To Sun, Itchy. Using Fungal Cream. Recommendations?

Hello i have blotchy spots on my neck, when i sweat or exposed to sun they turn red, they are like a light brown color when i do nothing. It has now recently shown up on my chest, just single spots not a form of patches. None this is itchy just very embarrassing. I have used the fungal cream and it kinda takes it away but with the weather warming up nothing seems to be working. Any recommendations would be helpful.

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
The condition can be seborrheic dermatitis or tinea versicolor.
Oral and topical antifungal will be useful.
A visit to dermatologist will allow proper diagnosis and treatment.
Till the time you can use Candid TV lotion over the area.
Hope this helps.
