hellow henry, It is life style disease, need,-diet control, excerise &medication, In diet- use 2 chhapti at times, not more than 2 chhapti, take small piece of chhapti &chew atleast 20-30 times, better mix gram in whole wheat then use like chhapti, eat more fibre( cucuber, tomato, cauliflower) , eat more proetin like all pulses, egg white only, avoid sugar, sugare cane juice, sweet, use one fruit daily especilly- orange, apple, papya, but avoid more sweet fruit like- bannana, mango, use liitle rice better use steamed rice( when its water is throwen) ,diet will be small & its 3 to 4 times in adays, excerice- brisk walking excellant, YOGA, relaxing excercise, avoid stress, tension, angry, always smile, laughter therapy, contue same medication, hpe my advice useful to you, thank you.
