Blockage In Passage Between Nose And Throat, No Relief With Various Methods. How Can I Fix This?

The passage between my nose and throat is blocked. How can I unblock this? I ve tried nasal sprays and nasal rinses. The nasal rinse seems to have helped with the constant runny nose I had but not this blockage. I cannot blow it out and if I try to sniff it down, it just stays where it is. I also feel that when I drink, some of the liquid attaches to this phlegm . I never feel it dripping down my throat so i dont think it does. Can you suggest anything?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi
The lining of nose may be swollen / inflamed
The opening of sinuses may be blocked
The Ear Nose Throat specialist can SEE it and suggest appropriate approach.
At times you may need a CT scan of the area and tests for allergy.
Good luck
