Bloating and fullness, stomach pops by afternoon causing breathing difficulty, grumbling sounds. Cause?

I have been feeling bloated and full. In the morning my stomach would be flat but when i eat something maybe just a little bit my stomach pops out. sometimes its hard for me to breath. And sometimes when i breath, i can hear my stomach making noises, very loud and i can feel something, i think it s my stomach squeezing. I don t feel like eating and when im bloated my stomach is so big and tight that it hurts.

I read carefully all your concerns and I understood it.

Excessive gas formation and flatulence occurs when gas collects inside the digestive system.

Possible causes of excessive gas formation and flatulence are IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), malabsorbation, lactose or fructose intolerance.Gallbladder problems, pancreatic problems.

so at this situation I would suggest to run exams like :
-abdominal ultrasound(exclude pancreatic and gallbladder problems)
-blood work
-upper endoscopy
Still you do these exams I am recommended you home treatment like:
1. Eat slowly and chew well.nd smoking
2. avoid high-gas forming foods such as beans, cabbage, broccoli, soft drinks.
3. Eat around five small meals a day .
4.Increase your physical activity( running, walking, swimming)
5.use probiotics and simethicone.
If it is not enough please consult your physician
Wishing you the best
