Black Spots Inside Mouth, No Pain, Started On Lips. What Is This?
What does it mean when someone has black spots on the inside of their mouth l. towards the cheek area but there is no pain. it started on my lips and there was a little pain. but a little peroxide and water mixed seemed to get rid of any infection. But it moved to the inside and i didn t even know. but now that i do know I ve been rinsing with peroxide and there is a little infection it seems to be clearing up but there is still a little infection. So i wanted to know what this is and how do i avoid this situation again.

You might have developed a bacterial infection initially,
It has come down with the use of peroxide,
but following that you might have developed post inflammatory pigmentation.
You can use a mild oral steroid paste like triamcinolone.
This will give you relief.
