What Causes Mouth Pain?

Hi, im feeling really unwell, I keep getting excrutiating mouth pain every few hours if not less, I thought it might be a dental problem, I went the dentist earlier this week, she couldnt find a problem there so she gave me antibiotics the pain is still there n worse to be honest, it hurts so bad when the pain comes on, what are your suggestions to do next, oh and no pain relief helps, im on paracetamol naproxen and amitriptyline for fibromyalgia that I was diagnosed with last year, nothing hells the pain

U need to tell exactly where the pain is? Seema to be related to your fibro myalgia and may be some inflammatory issue. Anti inflammatory, steroids, or nerve multivitamins may help. Do rule out styloid pro ess enlargement by a simple x ray involving the styloid process. Let me know follow up
