Bitten By A Corn Snake On Finger, Bumps On Skin. Due To Teeth Fragments?

I got bitten by a corn snake twice in the same finger around a week and a half ago. One of the bites healed completely, but the second set of bite marks left bumps like a thorn would in my skin. I cleaned it well, three times a day for two days, to fight any infection. I think it might have left fragments of its teeth in my finger, since I ve heard their teeth are extremely fragile and can break off if they bite.
