Bite on thigh, itchy, bleeding, pus-filled. What is it?

Hi, A few days ago i noticed this insect looking bite on my back thigh. It was itchy so I scratched it and then i noticed it started to bleed . It then turned into a lump/bump on my back thigh. Two days later i noticed that blood and puss was coming out of it, there s still some puss left in the bump, Please tell me what it is, and how i could cure it! thanks in advance .

Hi there, ohh dear i think you have infected the area ,and seems like the area is having cellulitis(infection and inflammation of the softer tissues of the skin).
I think you better see your GP as soon as possible because you ll be needing oral as well as topical anti biotics along with some Anti inflammatories like Ibuprofen.
In the mean time please dont squeeze or pick the lesion and keep it clean with povidine iodine.
thanks very much and all the best.
